Toronto network hospitals wanted a fundraising program that gives patients and their families an opportunity to express appreciation to staff. And it needed to be visible throughout the hospital in patient areas. Because healthcare workers lend a hand when you're most vulnerable, we focused on hands – and touch. It's intimate. And heroic.
